SHIPPING POLICY

NYC-ish is dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. 

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  

All orders ship between 2-10 business days via after purchase, depending on your selected shopping option. 

You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

If your tracking information says “delivered” and you believe this to be an error. Please contact UPS direclty. Sometimes, the carriers marks a package as delivered even though it's still in transit.
